People are in different stages in life and have their own circumstances. I want to help people who can identify that they may need some support with their mental health or want to start a journey to self understanding. In addition to people who are self initiated, I am familiar with people who struggle with many diagnoses, to name a few; anxiety, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, and conduct disorder. I help people by using a client centered, integrative therapy. Meaning, I work with the client to develop a roadmap to their treatment goals that utilizes reliable evidenced based practices. Such as trauma informed, mindfulness, and strength-based approaches. Although it may be intimidating seek help or to change therapist, I invite you to contact me so we can see if we are a good fit for each other. I aim to assist people on their journey toward better mental health and clarity. This is not a journey you have to take alone and I welcome you to your healing journey.
